I am an independent digital service provider offering customized services such as Photography, Video Editing, Social Media Management, and Cyber Security. I strive to deliver high-quality and timely work to every client. Since all my services are tailored to each project, refunds and cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
1. Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel a booked service, please inform me at least 48 hours in advance.
Once the service has started (e.g., photography shoot, editing work, social media setup, or security configuration), cancellation is not allowed and no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy:
A 100% refund will be provided only if I am unable to deliver the service due to technical or unavoidable reasons from my side.
If delays occur due to incomplete or late inputs from the client (like photos, access credentials, or instructions), no refund will be provided.
No refund is applicable for customized or personalized projects.
3. Mode of Refund:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the same method through which the payment was made (e.g., UPI, bank transfer).
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
