The service will begin only after the advance payment is received from the client.

Rules related to refund and cancellation are provided in my Refund & Cancellation Policy, and compliance with them is mandatory.

3. Client's Responsibility:

The client must provide necessary information, files, access, or instructions on time so that the service can be completed within the deadline.

I will not be held responsible for any delay or errors if the client provides incomplete or late information.

4. Intellectual Property Rights:

Any creative material created by me (such as photos, videos, designs, etc.) will remain my property unless written permission is given for its transfer.

The client may use these materials only for personal or professional purposes. Reselling, copying, or misrepresenting them is illegal.

5. Change and Termination of Service:

I reserve the right to make changes in service terms, pricing, or availability at any time.

If a client violates any of the rules, I may terminate the service without notice.

6. Limited Liability:

You use my services at your own understanding and consent.

I will not be responsible for any kind of loss, data loss, or unexpected results.

7. Dispute Resolution:

In case of any dispute, the primary attempt will be to resolve it through mutual discussion.

If necessary, the matter will be resolved under the legal jurisdiction of Gola Gokarannath, Uttar Pradesh only.
